Who can submit a nomination?

General counsel, corporate secretary and other governance professional teams at any publicly listed company domiciled in the US can be nominated.

Entries can be submitted directly by an individual or company nominating itself, or by an outside law firm, vendor or service provider on behalf of a nominee.

There are no restrictions on the number of categories a company can be nominated for.

ENTRY CHECKLIST

Follow the instructions on the online form to create your user profile and begin writing your entry
Attach your relevant supporting materials
Upload your company logo or the individual's photograph (for the governance professional, outstanding work by an independent director and rising star only)
Read through your entry and check that it meets the category criteria
Share your entry with your team and ask them to sense check it (the entry form allows you to start, make edits and submit it at a later date)
Submit your entry before the deadline of Friday, August 2, 2024
