Questions from investors
More than three quarters of IR teams have received questions from investors about human capital management issues in the past two years, with 27 percent having received questions about HCM in their supply chain. These issues gain most attention in Europe, where 82 percent of IR teams have received questions on HCM in their company and 31 percent in their supply chain. North America is the region with the lowest interest, with three in 10 IR teams having received no questions about HCM in the last two years.
