The majority of IROs have seen an increase in investor interest in HCM issues over the past two years, with just 1 percent having seen a decrease in interest over the same period. The increase is most keenly felt among European IROs and is least common for investor relations professionals in Asia, although every region has a majority of IROs who have witnessed an increased investor interest in HCM.
This increased interest from investors rises with company size: just over half of IROs at small-cap companies have seen increased investor interest in HCM, while nearly two thirds of large and mega-cap IROs have experienced a similar increase in interest.
