Stage 1

Once the entry deadline has passed, the IR Magazine editorial team reviews all submissions and produces the short lists

Stage 2

The short-listed entries are shared with an independent judging panel made up of industry experts

The judges review each short-listed entry and select their top two picks per category

Stage 3

The judges come together to discuss, debate and select the final list of winners who will go on to win an award

Important things to note:

The judges’ votes are not made public, but their comments may be published in articles or reports after the event

Judges are not required to make comments against every submission

What are the top three things that you look for in an entry for the best innovation in the shareholder communications category?

I would look for simplicity, effectiveness and the wide reach of a message using all available tools (Tech, AI, VR etc.,) when looking for innovation in shareholder communications.

Why is it important to be recognized as a shortlisted company in the best IR website category?

The first point of contact for a large number of investors to a company is most of the time, the IR website. Thus having a best design IR website can lead to a great positive impression especially if the investor is able to get what he’s looking for using the least amount of navigation.

A recognition of “Best IR website” thus not only encourages the company to do better, it also helps peers to understand the best practices and strive towards improving and even excelling it.
