Entrants will be asked to complete three mandatory parts of the form and there will be an opportunity to add supporting documents, where relevant:
1. Challenges and objectives* (150 words max): set the scene! Outline the reasons the individual/team should be considered in the category and a description of the relevant circumstances, objectives and timeframes.
2. Strategy and implementation* (150 words max): a summary of the strategy adopted by the nominee and the activities he or she has undertaken.
3. Results* (300 words max): why the outcome was a success, including details about the cost-effectiveness, impact on company, effect on share price, involvement of outside service providers and creativity of approach.
4. Supporting materials: submit up to three supporting materials with your written entry, although this is not mandatory. Documents should be relevant to the nominated category and referred to within the previous sections.
For all categories, submissions must be based on activities that have taken place during the last 12 months from September 2022 until August 2023.* Mandatory sections
Follow the instructions on the online form to create your user profile and begin writing your entry
If relevant, attach up to three supporting materials
Upload the company logo or the individual’s photograph (for the rising star category only)
Read through your entry and check that it meets the category criteria
Ask a colleague to sense check the entry (you can now save your entry online, make edits and submit it later!)
