Over the past three years, two thirds of IROs have seen an increase in the frequency of their discussions with investors on supply-chain issues, with just under a quarter saying these discussions are held a lot more frequently than three years ago. This compares with just 4 percent of IROs having had fewer supply-chain discussions with investors in this time.
This trend is most prominent in North America, where more than seven in 10 IROs have experienced an increase in supply-chain discussions. More than a third of European IROs have seen no change in the level of communication with investors on supply-chain issues. Supply-chain discussion has increased at companies of all sizes, with just marginal differences infrequency according to market cap.
